காரைக்குடி – மானாமதுரைரயில் பாதை பிரிவில் மின்மயமாக்கல் பணிகள் நிறைவு பெற்று விட்டன. இந்த புதிய 61 கிலோமீட்டர் மின்மய ரயில் பாதையில் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை அன்று (28.10.2022) முதன்மை தலைமை மின்சார பொறியாளர் ஏ.கே.சித்தார்த் ஆய்வு செய்தார். இந்த ஆய்வு காரைக்குடியில் இருந்து சிறப்பு ரயில் மூலம் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை காலை 09.40 மணிக்கு துவங்கியது. முதலில் மணிமுத்தாறு ஆற்றுப் பாலத்தில் மின்கம்பங்கள் சரியாக நடப்பட்டுள்ளனவா என ஆய்வு செய்தார்.பின்பு கல்லல் மற்றும் சிவகங்கை ரயில் நிலையங்களில் உப மின் நிலையங்கள், ரயில் பாதை வளைவுகளில் நடப்பட்டுள்ள மின் கம்பங்கள், மின் அமைப்புகள், சிவகங்கை ரயில் நிலையம், நடை மேம்பாலம் ஆகியவற்றில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள மின்சார அமைப்புகள், சிவகங்கை ரயில்வே மேம்பாலம், மேல கொன்னகுளம் அருகே ரயில் பாதையை குறுக்கிடும் தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரிய மின் பாதை, கல்குறிச்சி ரயில்வே கேட் ஆகியவற்றையும் ஆய்வு செய்தார். சிவகங்கையில் ரயில் பாதை பராமரிப்பு பணியாளர்களிடம் புதிய மின்மய ரயில் பாதையில் பணியாற்றுவதற்கான பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை தெரிந்து வைத்திருக்கிறார்களா எனவும் சோதனை செய்தார்.அவருடன் முதன்மை மின்மயமாக்கல் இயக்குனர் சமீர் டிஹே, முதன்மை சைகை பொறியாளர் சுனில், முதன்மை மின் பகிர்மான பொறியாளர் சுரேந்திரன், மதுரை கோட்ட ரயில்வே மேலாளர் பத்மநாபன் அனந்த், கோட்ட முதுநிலை மின்மய அதிகாரி பச்சு ரமேஷ் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.இந்த ஆய்விற்கு பிறகு இந்த ரயில் பாதையில் ரயில்களை இயக்குவதற்காக 25000 வோல்ட் மின்சாரம் பாய்ச்சப்பட்டது. பின்பு சிறப்பு ரயிலில் மின்சார எஞ்சின் பொருத்தப்பட்டு மானாமதுரையில் இருந்து மதியம் 02.20 மணிக்கு புறப்பட்ட சிறப்பு ஆய்வு ரயில் கல்லில் ரயில் நிலையத்தில் 10 நிமிடம் நின்று புறப்பட்டு மாலை 03.10 மணிக்கு காரைக்குடி வந்து சேர்ந்தது. இந்த 25000 வோல்ட் மின்சாரம் பாயும் புதிய மின் பாதையை நெருங்குவதோ தொடுவதோ ஆபத்தை விளைவிக்கும் என ரயில்வே நிர்வாகம் எச்சரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது.
